Description
The Ortofon OMT 10 cartridges
The Ortofon OMP 10 is an MM cartridge with an elliptical diamond and a T4P connector, based on the proven OM series – a fantastic entry point into the world of HiFi.
The so-called P-mount was developed for tonearms with T4P mounting sockets – a plug-in mounting system originally introduced by Technics and later adopted by Sony, JVC, Grundig, and many other manufacturers.
OMP models require no modification or adjustment of the counterweight, as their mass is specifically tailored for these tonearms.

The system is supplied as a bulk set, i.e. you will receive the system body together with the needle in a compact plastic box without screwdriver.
All OMT models have the same body, construction and magnetic circuit. The only difference is the exchangeable stylus, i.e. you are welcome to start testing with this system and “upgrade” to OMT 20, OMT 30 or OMT 40 at any time.
