Green Record-Film Record Cleaner
The astat Premium Sound-disk cleaner “Green Record-Film” removes deep clean and residue-free dirt from every record – without mechanical action, without solvents, acts antistatically.
The astat Premium Soundboard cleaner “Green Record-Film” removes deep clean and residue-free dirt from every record – without mechanical action, without solvent, acts antistatic and is refillable. The formula consists of a distinctive green latex milk, which hardens to a latex film after complete application and – as soon as it is completely transparent – can be easily removed afterwards. All soiling, even deep down at the bottom of the groove, is trapped and removed without residue when the latex film is peeled off. The records can be listened to directly afterwards without crackling and without cracking*. The removed latex residue can be disposed of in the household waste.
The 250mL cleaner bottle is manufactured with a sponge applicator, which guarantees an even distribution of the liquid.
Technical information:
- Depth effective – also at the bottom of the groove ( R = 8 µm )
- picks up dust and dirt particles with particle sizes in the nanometer range
- removes grease residues (e.g. from fingerprints)

- dries out to a tear-resistant latex film

Application:
- let approx. 8g per side of the record drip evenly
- distribute without gaps by means of sponge applicator
- Allow to dry for approx. 50 minutes (depending on layer thickness and room temperature)
- remove the dried latex layer
- Record is ready to play right away – without crackling, without crackling*
Notes:
Store bottles in a cool place and protected from direct sunlight.
*crackling caused by scratches cannot be removed, of course
