Shure N 91 ED | analogis BLACK DIAMOND
Tonally high-quality replica of analogis as a replacement for cartridges on which the Shure N 91 ED needle can be used. The pickup tip consists of a black diamond, which is glued directly into the needle tube (“nude”). This makes the needle vibrate very easily in the high passages and brings a beautiful, lively sound image.

These diamonds are made from a cut-to-length synthetic cuboid bar. Viewed under the microscope, you will hardly find an uglier diamond: the sides (not the cut!) are rough, the cut tends to be outside the center of the cuboid (off center cut) and the flanks appear unevenly long as a result. But if you then put the microscope on its side and close your eyes and just listen to the sound, you will see the true beauty of the BLACK DIAMOND series.
